What worked for me was lol idek if this is normal but i used to have terrible acne it got fixed with just normal diet switch.

But what fixed those tiny bumps and some small acne was i exfoliated with a toothbrush to rub all those spots off then i used cicaplast b5 from lrp a huge amount lol basically a facemask then jus gamed for a few hours and my skin was model tier but that was a few months ago idk if its actually true for everyone.
