How to get taller at 16?

Can someone give me some advice on how to get taller? Anything helps.
I’m 16 and 178cm / 5’10, my dad is 179cm / 5’10 and my mom is 162cm / 5’4

get x rays and find out if ur growth plates r open. If they r do some research into hgh. If not ur cooked. Best bet is nutrition, sleep and sports/interval sprinting.
