Not necessarily, surgery can fuck you up and most people do not need that much height in the first place. If your main problem is lack of teeth show this will fix it better as it is much more controlled and ascend ur face

Interesting I have this exact problem, although this procedure will fix upper teeth exposure you are still left with 2 recessed jaws. So your psl score with resting face stays the same. Im saving up for bimax and hope to get the surgery in the next few years
