im 16yo rn, 182cm tall, im wondering ways to get taller, ive seen a bit abt peptides and shi, but im not sure what should i take. as far as ik my plates still open, so im trying to maximize it

no, i was always kind tall for my age and shit, but i didnt have like a big growth in a year, i remember i was like 176 at 14 or smntg. but idk if i can have a growth spurt, like i have some facial hair and shit, not much but as far as ik that means that your already in the edge of your puberty, atleast ig
