Just turned 15yo 5'7 1/2" dad is 5'6" mom is I think around 5'4". How do I get taller? what do you think my max height is?

You cannot 'get taller', what you can do though, is make sure you dont get 'smaller':
1. Sleep 8 hours a day, not negotionable
2. Food, food, dont eat slop, make sure youre getting good shti for growth

Also, your max height (probably) is :
$$\text{Estimated Height} = \frac{\text{Father's Height} + \text{Mother's Height} + 5\text{ inches}}{2}$$
You are currently 5'7.5", which means you have already reached your statistically "predicted" height

I mean, it can be, since you reached it by 15, youd efinetly can get 1-3 inches of overgrowth, just sleep, eat good and get that hgh up brudda

Get a an x ray of your leg or hand and then check with it your growth plates, if they are closed gg. If they are open fully then just get hgh if you want
