I take sublingual/oral minoxidil every day with zero bloat. I don't take full 2.5 mg (typical) dose though more like 1~ mg on average. So can work just fine for some people especially if you are a hyper-responder and don't even need full/high dosages. And yes it has worked amazingly well for eyelash growth, I mog basically 100% of women with their cope mascaras now lol. I don't do this solely for eyelashes it is out of convenience and avoiding the hassle of applying topical minoxidil and consistency, but yeah I already got eyelash growth from systemic absorption of topical minoxidil on my scalp so I sort of expected this and "know" I am a hyper-responder because scalp application gave me increased hair length grow across my entire body lol.

As for eyebrows honestly I can't tell I noticed any difference, look about the same as before, they were thick before and look the same now, might try to scour through old pics to see if there is a difference. I think I got a tiny bit few more of them growing in "weird" and being curved and bent in odd angles needing to be plucked but that would be it and we are talking a few eyebrow hairs a month or so lol, so no "damages" overall being done there. Arm and leg hairs are longer but legs for ex were so hairy before there is like no visible difference, like hairy before vs tiny bit more hairy after.

It is the same drug but dissolved into a solution of ethanol, propylene glycol and water, 5% = 50 mg minoxidil/milliliter. Yes you can dilute this with alcohol in measured quantities, shake and stir well and dose volumetrically with a graded pipette to take minoxidil orally. Some guys freak out about consuming propylene glycol but it is food safe and you only consume tiny amounts, it is sometimes used in other oral or injected drugs and consumed or injected in larger amounts by patients than you'd get from consuming diluted topical minoxidil daily. Lots of guys confuse propylene glycol with ethylene glycol ie antifreeze which is toxic. Small trace amounts of propylene glycol are produced naturally in fermentation and even in your body, so it isn't some super unnatural toxic thing to consume, it is metabolized same pathway as ethanol and even provides a tiny amount of calories/energy for your body.

And yeah some guys do this other try to dose with a micro pipette/syringe and consume like 0.05 ml 5% solution but I feel like the other method is safer because then you just can't accidentally overdose. But yep it is an easy and CHEAP way to consume minoxidil orally or sublingually, even if you try to take it sublingually there will be some swallowed orally etc anyway but if you want you can try doing that, I also take minoxidil sublingually but I know some get swallowed down orally(at some point you have to swallow all the saliva + remaining unabsorbed drug lol). I mean for all I know I maybe am not absorbing much sublingually and it is mostly in the end just all oral minoxidil for me honestly but at least I "try" to take it sublingually.


Edit: The micro pipette/syringe maybe is better for sublingual because you deliver higher concentration in smaller amount of liquid directly under your tongue with less other liquids and saliva mixed on relatively speaking of course, but yeah, assuming you can guarantee a steady same dose with either method then either works!!

Thank you for the reply, yeah I have a spray so I will be using 1 spray that is about 6.25mg of minoxidil. I guess it is a good starting dose to see how things go. If you have any advice please let me know I would be happy to learn if I'm missing something.
