agree with some parts like training neck. na thin skin is important, trynna achieve a look similar to this in my final looksmaxxed form, hollows like that. i still cant even grow a beard too jfl

Fragrance doesn't have good bone support. It's bad under the eyes especially.

He could improve some but doubt he can come back from that. Not sure how much something like an undereye area fat graft would do him now as the collagen and elastin of his skin there seems to be screwed.

Facial leanness + genetics. Maybe surgical facial fat removal if you have bad genetics for that particular trait. I don't think there's anything else you can do, other than unreasonable things (accelerated aging, dehydration).
