How to get this hyoid

I mean the length of the mandible , I've heard that the length of the mandible determines how tight the submental area is

Tbh looks pretty similar (look in the mirror) , but this is not what I'm asking , look at the black arrow , you see how the gonions are undefined ? How to fix this ? Lowering bf % ?

Why doesn't it make sense ? Longer mandible causes your tongue to be more forward placed , which in a turn raises up the hyoid , this is what I've hear at least
