how to get to this body?

I was 21% bf, now 14-15. to achieve this body I only have to reach 10% and not ingest too much salt?

Do Upper Body and Lower Cardio, 30 minutes for each one, and you will get a better body.

Hop on TRT and eat in a calorie surplus.

That's an insanely low level of body fat that isn't very healthy. I was very skinny, had little body fat and always easily got sick, caught colds often, had frequent tooth cavities even if I kept a strict dental hygiene, etc...
After getting on a 'diet' of junk food and alcohol, I put some belly fat and all my health problems miraculously disappeared, fat is tightly connected to the immune system and having some fat on you is much healthier than a very low level of bf.
