2) lose body fat and get slimmer cheeks

then use braces or Invisalign to widen the dental arch, they just tip and move the teeth buccally. That gives you wider lips without changing your cheekbones

yes the methods i mentioned are all an illusion they dont actually increase the width of the mouth line though realistically mouth to nose is rarely an issue for whites its usually mouth to jaw with rare cases of course
