no if you are not on puberty. also some people have narrow palate but wide lips. it's genetic.
only legit way to get wider lips with commisuroplasty and doing mouth widening exercises.
mouth widening tool works but it will give you nasolabial folds.
also when you stop doing it, it will strecth back to old position.
