How to get Xrays to see if the growth plates are fused?

Can I still grow my spine wirsts hands ect... I'm 19 is it even worthwhile checking? 5'10 grew an inch in the last year goal is 6 foot and 6'2 with lifts.

I will when I get my phone if you really want. They were fine when I was younger but they stopped growing at 13. Idk why my dads hands are twice as big too...

I just hope HGH and maybe some minor TRT improves me
