How to go about saving for cosmetic surgery at 18

Assuming still young like 18 to early 20s how do people go about saving and affording it. Do they work 2 jobs? Resell, make content, just save up for a long time?
Or do they take out a loan. Or is the truth that mostly only well off people get cosmetic surgeries?
No eating out and needless expenses ?

Are there countries that are really cheap... i havent done research besides thailand and South Korea. I think agepill is brutal so i wanna familiarise myself and start at 18, though i should have been working and saving at 16 / 17. Instead i spent my money on stupid fortnite skins, rivals, games and entertainment. wish i started earlier frick

Brutal since agepill only gives you 8 - 10 years of your prime looks and you gotta spend a portion of that being chopped to afford your CS.
