I’m struggling so hard with that problem. Cannot go to bed early and leave the fucking phone on my desk. What would yall suggest me to do

what i did one time was not sleeping a full day and the second day you are awake go do i activity that makes you exhausted (i did swimming) you will sleep like a baby at 6pm and wake up at 4 am (happend to me). when i did this i just made breakfast at 4-5 am and went outside till 8 am doing sprints and biking but after a few days i again slept in the middle of the nightI’ve been on them but i need to find a way without drugs because it should be lifetime thing to sleep early for me
