you can (probably) get a solid 3-5mm forwards growth from a year of face puller

2. QUADANGULAR LEFORT + BSSO + GENIOPLASTY
quadangular lefortless risky than MLF3/LF2)

notice how her nose changed as well? basically bad nose= too recessed base of nostrils. Elevating the premaxilla will give you a shorter, better more defined nose. Basically before any PS most people should go for orthognatic surgery.

And after doing no.2 you should get zygo implants to complete the look.

no lefort 1 is the max anyone will give you maybe with ccw rotation, no surgeon has the balls to go further unless deformed and if he did you shouldn't trust him.

build face puller. wear for year.
get bimax.
get implants.
done.

you probably only need 2/3 or even 1/3 of these btw. if u need all 3 u are horrifically recessed.

Precisely why I am not doing any plastic surgery yet. The entire face ecosystem is changed after you move that much bone around

please don't recommend a full-maxilla implant for forward growth, it will leave your dental arch recessed so your lips and nose base will remain recessed and everytime you open the mouth to speak or smile, you will look terribly bad
