I’ve been taking letrozole 1.25mg daily since February, for the past 7 months. I need to go off of it now. How do I do this without an estrogen rebound? I will taper it and transition to aromasin, but how do I know what the timeline and dosage should be?

are you on anabolic steroids? you definitely dont need that much. do half of 1.25mg daily for a while then go to half of 1.25 every other day then slowly taper off it

I was but then I stopped without PCT like a retard and I’m low t now and I need to do TRT but need go off letrozole first, I hadn’t stopped before because I didn’t really get any side effects till recently and I had a fear of a rebound so just never approached it.

how long should the time be though, for me to keep going off, like how often should I cut the dose? And is it not safer to switch to Aromasin instead of fully stopping in order to clear out the enzymes left behind by letrozole and prevent any rebound?

Your estrogen won't rebound past your natural levels, UNLESS you are running aromatizing steroids like Testosterone. If you're not even on Testosterone right now, then don't worry, you can just stop taking it and your estrogen won't "rebound"

I can’t, I’m going on TRT soon and the aromatase enzymes left behind from when I was on letrozole will aromatise with the test. Essentially a delayed rebound. This is why I’m thinking of switching to Aromasin to clear those out

Taper. That's all you can do.

Singular high dose of Asin. After that you will restore baseline aromatase within about a week.
