How to go to the gym with social anxiety

So I'm 15 years old and been trying to workout at home but its expensive and not really working, I don't really leave the house much as I get anxiety from years of bullying, I only leave when I need to go to school and the corner shop I'm mainly looking for advice on how to low inhibmax or good things I can do at home

any help would be appreciated.
 
Just go to the gym.

Nobody there cares what you are doing.

Everyone is scared to go to the gym at first

Ive been going to the gym for a few years and let me tell you, literally on one gives a shit about anyone else, everyones focused on their own workout. just dont do anything retarded

tbh i had to go with a friend at first he taught me some things now i go by myself

i genuinely go in there looking retarded and subhuman as shit and dont care anymore

after the first few times you wont care

yeah but its because i was really ugly as a kid and had a problem with by nose where it would no stop running

I was a good looking kid before 8th grade, ance and everything made me look like an alien in the 8, 9th grades but since then (15 year old and up) i look good, even with acne i didnt face bullying lol i was the one fighting other kids

I was a good looking kid before 8th grade, ance and everything made me look like an alien in the 8, 9th grades but since then (15 year old and up) i look good, even with acne i didnt face bullying lol i was the one fighting other kids
mirin bro. tbf its only up from here i got surgery to fix my nose when i was 12 but its still gets me bullied all these years later

I have a hawk nose, looks like a beak from the side, if i fix and get rhino i would deadass be true caucasian hunter gatherer chad, but i still slay without rhino just not as easily, only people that make some jokes abt my nose are my close friends and i just beat their asses abt it, its not personal

Just have headphones on and get your work out done. If no one in the gym knows you no one is gonna try talk to you. The only reason people would talk to you is to occasionally ask you how many sets you have left but that’s a very short interaction. I’m a very akward high inhib person and the gym is not a problem at all.

Just go anyway. Unless you're super unlucky and encounter true douches nobody will bother you or even care about you. I was 135 pounds 4 years ago when I started going and it was awkward trying to figure everything out but I was left alone. I'm 175-180 now and don't really feel much anxiety going there.

You should worry about injury more than social stuff. Don't overtrain and don't push yourself with weights too heavy. The weight you can do 8-15 reps with is generally safe and great for muscle building. And if anything hurts in your joints, stop immediately. You don't want an injury, especially when young
