How to grow after my growth plates fused?

Is there things like fixing my posture or decompressing that will add meaningful height after I've finished growing?

I do lower back extensions, seated leg curls, hip thrusts, abs, and a few other things. What will fix it is having a strong core (abs and lower back) as well as posterior muscle support in the legs. Really man, just build your hamstrings, glutes, lower back, and abs and it will correct itself.

Cutting is fine, I don't think it will affect your posture.
unless your posture is really shi it wouldnt give any meangful height

what you have to do is record yourself saying "I am growing taller, I feel taller, I AM taller, I am 6'6, I am 6'7" etc. add as many as you want, the more you get it into your subconscious the better, then use audio editing software to loop it for like 10 hours and add a backing track of 452.222 Hz (most people think it doesn't work because they do 452Hz, the extra 0.222 Hz makes all the difference, it vibrates your bones to reopen the growth plates) and play it while you sleep.

I did this when I was in highschool before starting i was 5'4 and after only one night i grew 2inches, IN ONE NIGHT! It worked so well that I slept in one morning during the weekend and when i woke up my feet were sticking out of my bed. I ended up getting to 7'2, but it was too tall so I made another subliminals track to reduce my height.

only downside is that the more you do it the more it decreases your IQ

you can't grow taller but you can look taller if your posture is shit

YES. you can grow taller with closed growth plates.

My growth plates closed at 15 (xray). I was 5'9.4 afternoon height.

Now, morning height is solid 5'11 and evening height is around 5'10, sometimes slightly below.

Most people have anterior pelvic tilt, where the pelvis is slanted forwards which causes your lower back to round, which takes away height. At first, I thought fixing it wouldn't give a meaningful amount of height. I was wrong. After spamming hamstrings, lower back extensions, and glutes in the gym, I've gotten taller.

My pelvic tilt isn't fully fixed yet, so I'm hoping I can get at least another 1/4 inch out of it.

Lastly, look up mr wollas on TikTok. he went from 5'11 to 6'1 by fixing his posture and cycling his spine from compression to decompression. Once I fully fix my posture, I'm locking in on that so I can stay 5'11 throughout he whole day. Look into glucosamine, msm, and hylaronic acid supplementation aswell.

I have severe forward head posture and anterior pelvic tilt.
mine was only mild, and I've already gotten almost an inch from fixing it. and im not even fully done fixing it!
