How to grow eyelashes

At the moment I use 5% minoxidil nightly however I experience redness of my eyes sclera. I have noticed growth but I want something with less sides, I’ve heard of Latisse but idk where to get it so if anyone can tell me that’ll be appreciated if not what eyelash serums do youse recommend?

Latisse works for lashgrowth but it has prostaglandins, which can mess with hormones and can remove your fat pads around the eye area, so I would not recommend, but it is up to you. I use The Ordinary Multi Peptide Lash Serum since it does not have any prostaglandins. I see some results from it, but its not guaranteed it will work
