•Mostly take lukewarm or cold showers (Hot water ruins hair especially keratin).

•Try using shampoo products that targets density (or anything less harsh) and use conditioner.

•Massage scalp for few minutes for blood flow.

•Avoid rubbing hair with towel to dry. (gently use fingers to seperate and air dry)

•Vitamin D3 is needec for dormant follicles activation. (not pills but actual sunlight)

•Lower cortisol level and sleep enough.

•Most important, Get more protein. Low protein=slow hair growth.

• Get Zinc, Iron, omega 3 and Biotin naturally. (Just eat eggs including its yolk, any fish but salmon has the most omega 3, oats and pumpkin seeds)

(Castor oil works but it's heavy and also if needed try Redensyl, but it can cause shedding)
