I’m 14 rn, I’m 5’7(171cm) and I’m like shorter than nearly everyone else in my school, how do I grow taller FAST. My growth plates are still open, I took a igf-1 test and I’m at 294, I take zinc, d3+k2, omega 3 oil, I drink moringa and royal jelly almost every day. My dad’s height is 6’3 a moms is 5’7. Technically the ideal stack is hgh, an ai, and test (plus a bunch of vitamins) but test is less required and it’s mandatory you take an ai with test. I’d just stick with ai and hgh at your age.
