I'm 15 rn and 5'8. I want to get the maximum height. My mom is 5'6 and my dad is 5'8. I feel like I dont grow anymore but I'm not sure. If my my growth plates are still open, how do I get the maximum height? Every reply helps!

Optimising hormones+vitamines
Optimising sleep
Optimising igf 1(myb inject)
Abuse hgh
And abuse kyra 300
Also optimise diet and do a Ton of activitys(a Lot of Sport and a Ton of steps)
