How to gymmax?

Give some idea of excercise to do at the gym (my goal is the frame)

10 sets of dingalang crunches !
 
To maximise frame you have to do a set of any lateral raise variation to failure 3x per week. Generally I would recommend just doing full body every other day and starting with the lateral raise variation every session
