How to have a optimal scalp environment? Lots of redness itching and hairloss

My scalp is red most of the time and itchy, I have androgenic alopeca aswell which started at around the same time the itchyness did.

Ive tried alot of things like antifungal shampoos and stuff and it never helps.

The only thing that helped like a decent amount was finasteride, but I have bad sides from finasteride. I might have to get back on because this itchyness sucks ass.

I belive I have seb derm, but nothing treats it I developed it after a breakup.

shampoo everyday, moisturize scalp with conditioner (works because you are shampooing everyday). Blowdry hair to prevent growth of bacterias/fungis
