How to have consistent hair after styling? (hairgeniuses GTFIH!)

My hair looks super good wet and after its been towel dried, but when it goes back to dry, it looks so much worse.

It just loses alot of volume and flattens way more then i would like it to.

Even though i used mousse and sea salt spray today, it only looks good while its drying, but not when its completely dry.

How can i get the products to be maintained as best as possible

use some hair powder for volume , i dont have any recommendations since idc abt my haircut that much
