How to have healthy food on a budget?

I am 16 year old teenagercel who needs to workout and have better mental health, but my mom keeps getting processed food most the time and we don’t really have meals you can cook or any fruits and veggies?

Should I just get a job or find foods that are cheaper?

Eat McDonald’s 5 times a day and get obese that would be based

Here are some tips that would work:
  • Oatmeal
  • Eggs
  • Peanut butter
  • Frozen veggies
  • Nuts/seeds
  • Greek yogurt
  • Cottage cheese
  • Canned tuna
  • Beans/lentils
  • Frozen chicken thighs
  • Organ meats like heart and liver

thanks, I also can get 3 bananas at my 7/11 for a dollar so this would work well
