how do i maximize my height without injecting things
a good thread about heightmaxxing without hgh or other shi would be good

do i need to sleep at a certian time or is it cool if i get like enough sleep, like instead of sleeping at 22:00 and waking up at 08:00
is it cool if i sleep at 00:00 and wake up at 10:00 or 11:00 like you get the point

doesnt really matter, as long as ur getting a good amount of sleep

supplements , and make sure to get atleast 7 hour consistent sleep, these are good supplements that can help
Calcium pills (only use if u aren’t getting enough calcium [1300 mg] a day from foods/drinks)
Zma
K2+d3
Lactoferrin
Boron, 4 days use a week, make sure 4 days in a row and 3 no
Vitamin c

idk if im getting enough calcium or not but im using osteocare which has calcium magnesium vitamin d and zinc, and im using k2d3 but what is boron? any side effects?

increases test, only increases estrogen if u use it everday, u only need 48 hour breaks to ensure there’s no increase in estrogen, i take 72 hours js to stay 100% safe, im upping from 5mg to 10mg soon, 5mg is pretty low
It’s better for u to take each supplement like alone, ur probably not getting enough of each one to maximize, ur probably getting a bit of each which is still good

All chance and genetics dawg. Eat well, sleep well, etc, but if you weren't meant to get tall nothings gonna change that. I made it to 6'8" out of pure luck with both my parents being below 6'. Nothing wrong with being short... confidence is key jfl:p

Yo wtf is that advice lmao. Lactoferrin isnt as good as yall think lmao. The rest tbh u got better options. Roids mog for height and yall will never realise it cuz yall cannot run ancillaries for fucks sake, stay with ur natty folk.

Forskolin for cAMP use bioperine for poor bio
Pterostilbene
Quercetin Phytosme + Luteolin for potential slight decrease on estrogen and pan pde inhib, use at the same time as forskolin because PDE3 i believe breaks down cAMP
Mk might be beneficial, seemingly the ghrelin seems to upregulate sox9 tho it has the same potential to supress cellular dna repair like HGH which will in turn lead to loss of dna methylation https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16002553/ . Mk also seems to deplete stem cells like HGH so ass again. Dont recommend it tbh.
Inosine for cAMP again.
glucosamine chondroitin msm and glycine seem benefical but not that much.

Now pharmacuetical side ik ur prob not gonna use them but cilostazol, pentoxifyline, aromasin (I would recommend stronger ai but ik yall cannot counter the side effects as yall seem not knowledgable enough), tadalafil. bpc157 also seems good for the plates, yeah oral 5amino1mq. There is more and more and more. tbh just pin roids (winstrol, halotestin, tren, test) and cartalax, vesugen, ghrh+ghrp and acipimox (BTW these dont cause the suppresion of dna repair nor stem cell deplition like HGH so thats why i recommend them. Only accute spikes which is good.)
