Idk about any super concrete studies from reputable sources, but we all know that there is a positive correlation between creatine and growth in both muscle mass and height (assuming that you're an openplatecell) .
 
So 6'3 is ideal right? But you get height mogged easily at this number. By plenty of people.
no point being mogged by sticks, atp you , must be mentally disabled to be insecure

I believe that he was banned but what he meant was that you should already be doing the essentials before hopping on stack. Living a healthy lifestyle with a good diet and sleeping patterns can help reduce the chances of diabetes and osteoporosis on the stack. There isn't really a timeframe, you should already be living healthy and having a good diet and continue to do so on while you are taking the compounds.
