I don't really have a social circle so I'm not concerned. Very few people close to me (mom, old friends) know I'll do surgeries. If anyone else wonders :
1. Genio : I'll say I just lost my fat, although I don't even think normies would notice that.
2. Buccal fat removal : I just lost weight.
3. HT: I just had my hairline repaired and I was not severely norwooding so people probably won't notice anyway.
