how to improve contrast?

if contrast is truly important, people with dark feature (black hair, black eyelashes, such as myself) should not looking to become tanned but more pale right? i mean in all photos of myself i look way better paler then with a tan so im guessing so. what should i do to become more pale then?

If we are talking easy route use SPF 30-50 daily (on parts that are being higly exposed, especially face)
Make sure your vita C is good(probably suplements would be recomended)
Niacinamide and Cojic acids if needed
and use Latic acids 1-2 times per week to
Also just basically implement a lot of tomatos/some kind of citrus in your diet and you are good

No, going with this logic, black guys with blue eyes and blonde hair & eyebrows have the highest contrast, but nobody is attracted to that. Having a tan has so many benefits and you'll still maintain your contrast, you're not gonna be brown you'll just have a tan lol

Your contrast is still here, and if anything you've got a chance at even higher contrast if you're tanned by using 0.025%-0.1% brimonidine for your sclera, that's high contrast, a good health indicator and overall super attractive
