How to improve facial symmetry

I already have a brick looking face, but to top it off I have horrible symmetry. I’ve been trying to sleep on my back but is that just cope. What softmaxxes if any can I do to help this. I can’t be a KHHV incel anymore.

Stop worrying about your symmetry it’s just the lighting and angle your using your Biggest flaw is that you have no lips there’s surgery you can do but lip filler is a cheap and instant

philtrum is worse than his lips imo, that philtrum is fucking brutal and unfixable without surgery unfortunately.
