Using a cleanser daily, moisturiser, maybe retinol or tret depending on how bad it is. Fundamentally if you have a shit diet/lifestyle/hormonal health your skin will always look terrible, no matter how many creams you put on it. If your skin looks bad despite using good skincare, you should take that as a warning that your general health is bad.

consult a dermatologist about the flakyness because i have it too and they gave me a moisturizing cream that also helps get rid of the flakyness
