im 16 thumbpulling is cope tried for 6 months no results is there anything else that works?

Sorry to hear you wasted 6 months of your life attempting to stretch solid bone. If it's recessed a bimax is the only way to fix it

Not saying it will make it work but did you take vitamin d3+k2 and chew hard gum for tens of minutes and thumbpull bone for 3+ minutes every time
