what i do is i dont even think about me having the option to not do something tiring and annoying like working out for example. you should just cut out the inner dialogue and sort of brainwash yourself that you have no other option, that your work out will happen no matter how you feel.
i never had any problems with motivation like that, but on the other hand i dont know how it is to be stuck in your low t body.
