I am 19, 6’7. Been going to the gym for 2 weeks

Takes time unless you hop on, but practice makes perfect and cus ur tall ur gonna get a pretty good physique in the end
 
Watch Joe Fazer!! He is quite tall and started off like u. For you i would prioritize upper chest and shoulders. Long head triceps and mby long head biceps aswell. Hammercurls would help u well. You have a bulkier waist, but nobody cares really. to fix it train extended grip ullups.

Keep training and progressive overload every session and you’ll get there eventually

horrible advice, don't watch joe fazer, opt for someone like tnf, he is great for easy explanations and actually has good advice backed up by science, keenanrmalloy has some good stuff aswell, yo talks is worth mentioning even tho he mostly jesters nowadays
 
Do a fullbody split, don’t prioritize any muscle until you’re getting really big, do each set to failure, do between 4-10 reps, eat enough protein (1.5-2x LBM), get carbs before each workout, use progressive overload, prioritize compound movements, do stable, easy to set up exercises, don’t overcomplicate anything, you will get strong either way and more things I don’t remember


But mostly, do things you enjoy doing (unless it cost you your gains)

dawg i was just wondering where to start and i was a genuine chud before and was too lazy to start but now im locked

If you want to stay natural just eat a shit ton of food and lift heavy focus on building frame even tho you’re tall ash to create more dimorphism
