How to improve recessed orbitals?

I’m 19, can’t afford implants yet. I’m thinking about getting filler as a temporary solution but I’m unsure of how much of a difference it will make. Does anyone have any experience with under eye filler or know if it would make any noticeable difference?

I think your problem may just be fat pads not bone. Fat graft or filler for under-eyes seems like a good idea.

u look like someone i know irl lol. anyway, you have no uee but your lower eyelid isnt tight which makes your eyes kinda rounded. you dont need any supraorbital implants but you could do well w/ infraorbital implants that are saddled to raise the lower eyelid. You could also get a somewhat conservative lower eyelid retraction surgery from dr vreck

The problem is his supras are very good but his under eyes aren’t so he’s not fully committed to hunter eyes in a sense. It gives him a kind of aspie stare. Either pick more beautiful eyes or intimidating, robust ones. Realistically nothing will change smv wise after fixing it though.

dr vreck is incredibly cheap for what he offers. Im pretty sure an entire almond eye surgery from him can range from 10-15k. Lower eyelid retraction + graft is prob only 5k from him.

Custom saddled infraorbital implant is way more expensive. It's also dangerous and may have long term consequences compared to soft tissue augmentation. Anything custom you should expect at least 10k in the US, cheaper in europe though. Also, saddled Infra implants are harder to tell what the ending result will look like while changing the soft tissue itself will be easier to predict.

I’m not sure but from the picture it seems your maxilla is a bit flat so yes, in that case undereye filler/implants would be a good idea to compensate for the lacking cheekbone projection. I doubt there is anything you can do for your lower eyelid tightness bone shape-wise but you can lift up the soft tissue, and I’m certain there are surgeries that do, I just don’t know much about the area.

Obviously it would be ideal to bring your maxilla forward but good luck with that jfl.
