I am 32 ys old. I usually do little aerobic exercise and no anaerobic exercise(30 minutes cycling twice a week). Sleep 6-8 hours every day , but my day and night are reversed (sleep in the morning after 5:00 AM and waking up in the afternoon). My sexual drive is slightly poor and my sexual pleasure is very poor. Sometimes impotence occurs. How can I increase my sex drive?
