How to improve sleep quality

I have noticed that could not able to deep sleep , in midnight my sleep get distrusted around 4 am sometime because of pee pressure and so i try not to drink water before bed but then I walk up because of thirst, I’m sleeping in parts…i have also tried to take magnesium before the sleep but it has the same result
Please share some tips

Hgh, mk677 for sure

Mk is cope, but for sleep is pretty good

Melatonin, lower blue light exposure, sauna, cardio, low stress levels.

Sleeping outside might be a good idea if you have a backyard or a safe place to sleep

I do cardio and use red light filter in iOS before bed, but I will implement the rest of your tips🙏🏼

Try melatonin. You can also use natural sunlight to wake you up in the morning.

Btw you have wild dreams on melatonin. Like crazy nonsensical trips. If you take a bunch of dph you can also see the shadow people.
