Yes, they are. As is lip liner (looks incredibly gay because if you try to extend your lips past the vermillion border with lip liner there will be a random corner in your pseudo-lips which no lips actually have, making it look obviously wrong).

Fillers work but can potentially look very gay (because gay people get lip filler injections) and over time the filler can migrate, making your mouth look puffy.

Lip-flip botox can work wonders for a long philtrum, but this is just a band-aid solution and you'll have to get it redone every few months.

There is also a lip lift, which is the main way to deal with the problem. The only issue is that a scar is left below your nose that might not heal and you will have to hide in that case with make-up.

You can try to increase contrast with tinted chapstick and brushing your lips in the morning. I recommend a red burt's bees (this is what I use).

lips are so thin pretty sure I couldn't even makeup fraud it. thinking filler is the move for softmax and lip lift for hardmax but idk
