First focus on growing eyebrows bro via caster oil or minoxidil then worry about undereye support

Accutane, minox eyebrows + dye after, supraorbital fat graft, get on dutasteride and put some wax or different product in your hair. Could get infraorbital fat graft if you want, but you have good undereye support.
