HOW TO INCISOR CHEW, Normally everyone's upper teeth is a little in front of lower teeth, but when you are incisor chewing should you align the teeth and chew or just chew with upper teeth in front of lower teeth

HOW TO INCISOR CHEW, Normally everyone's upper teeth is a little in front of lower teeth, but when you are incisor chewing should you align the teeth and chew or just chew with upper teeth in front of lower teeth

why would you want to do that and how is it hard for you to figure out. you should chew with molars if anything so you get a lil hypertrophy on the end of your masseter near your ramus. ideal chewing imo.

doesnt chnage bone but the hypertrophy is nice halo
