Well here is a tip if you want to increase calcium easily, eat egg shells (lol fr, best calcium-rich food) a single egg shell contains 2 grams, which is double your daily value intake (just dont take more than 3 grams so 1.5 egg shells is max) I eat it with the egg itself when I boil it, then wash the outside part and it tastes a little bland but worth it. Some make it into powder, but too much time.

Yes we put but tbh by proxie, why there is so much estrogen in the water nowdays is due to fact that modern females while flushing their urines which contain birth control remnants down the toilet are contaminating water with hardly destroyable compound which are furtherly being recycled and used in tapped water for example.
I already told you enough but remember every knowledge have its price oy vey!

To answer the question, to actually "increase aromatase" then I guess injecting Testosterone because "increasing aromatase" litteraly refers to the way Testosterone aromatases to estrogen lol. So basically inject Testosterone without using an aromatase inhibitor. But that would be counter-
productive still for your goals

"Aromatase" means the way T turn into E by a process in your aromatase enzymes
