How to increase calories with ought getting fat

Just finished an aggressive cut and my maintenance calories is now lower then what it was before.
How much do I increase my calories per week and how much cardio do I keep in? I wanna maintain my body fat% with ought gaining any fat but obviously wanna eventually get back to my normal maintenance

I do potatoes, fruit, honey, maple syrup and a little bit of home made sourdough as my carb sources. Boiled Potatoes are actually insane for cutting there so high volume and ridiculously filling

you will gain fat when u are in calorie surplus u can't prevent this
don't avoid carbs
