how to increase facial bone mass after growth plates close

im 18 growth plates are closed on 200mg of test 50mg of anavar 2mg reta and 2ius of hgh this is an introductory dose and ill be upping it next year after my accutane is done in feburary. I want to increase bonemass and i know that 200mg of test is not enough for that. What should my dosing be to make a significant difference. was considering tren for like a 2 week cycle then hopping off just to make sure that i dont get any permenant side effects and to manage my life, is it necessary for me to take tren?

There are other ways to increase your bone mass, but there all very similar to tren, someone else might now more tho.
