So here i was at a normal weight not skinny and not fat i had deven weight but at that time of the year you had to be the skinniest and back then abs were law ifykyk so i starved myself

After 6 months i lost too much weight so i could see my abs but i looked like a stick and very very skinny as you can see my face gotten very narrow and looked long compared to before

Now this pic is now when im 17 and i think my fwhr is more ideal and my face doesnt look that narrow compared to the before pic.

So if you are narrow faced like me the best thing for you would be the get into an ideal weight and not lose too much weight it will make your face appear very narrow then ideal and also give bonemashing a try to increase the width of your zygos

I also did some thumbulling and got braces during that time i dont know if they worked but i just wanted to say it as an extra note I did thumbpulling for like 4 month and thought it was cope so i stopped

Yes and no. Narrow face usually means you've got less angularity and masculinity since your jaw and zygos arent as wide, so being at like 15-18% instead of 10-13% could just make you look rounder and even less masculine/defined with no added benefit

And how do I make it look smaller? If I don't cover my face with my hair, I look too wide

ı dont think you can reduce the wideness but i think for overwidecels i think best thing to do is get very lean

I mean true but weight is important too if you are like lean at an ideal weight and not skinny i think you still wouldnt look narrow unless you really do have subhuman zygos and jaw and surgery is the only case then

puberty at work
Yeah i think also puberty might have helped me a bit but habits also play a role since most of the people here are under 18 i think its not a thing they should worry about

Weight is completely irrelevant here. It's all about your bone structure and amount of facial fat. Whether you're 10% bf at 150lbs or gain 30lbs of muscle and are now 180lbs your face will still be just as narrow. I can see the argument that for someone with a very narrow face being at 10% could be counterintuitive and 15 or so percent is more ideal, but for the majority of people (even those with long faces) maximizing angularity tends to be ideal.

That's just some shit you've heard somewhere lol. How would a bone thicken by your weight going up? That makes no sense at all. Yes your bones can thicken when you're for example going through puberty and get higher testosterone, that's normal. But they won't magically thicken just cus you ate some more food or grew a bigger bicep

Yeah u right i thought increasing weight could do that but i was also hitting the gym 5x a week and eating a lot at the time i was 16 and i was on mk so maybe it affected my puberty and testestrone a bit doing these
