How to increase mewing results?

19M, wondering is it possible to increase mewing results with mk677? since it increases gh, would it speed up mewing results over a long period of time, say 8-12 months on mk677 > 8-12 months without mk677? Ive been taking 20mg of mk677 daily for a week now.

I'm also on 3000IU of vitaminD3 and 40mg Zinc.

If not, can you provide any suggestions to speed up mewing results?

Not sure bro. I heard Vitamin K2 or something increases bone structure or some shit.
But at 19 it's lkely cope. Idk. Nobody knows.
Don't expect results because when if you don't end up getting any you will be depressed
