How to increase pain tolerance?

I wanna have my first Muay Thai first in like a year. What’s a way up greatly up my pain tolerance? Ik you don’t feel it as much when you’re ina fight bc adrenaline, but what are some good ways to increase your threshold?

After smashing parts of your body on the daily for like a month you stop feeling pain

hit hard stuff like metal and wood. i saw many muay thai fighters do this. also do pushups with your fists on tiny stones

Since i had like 11 surgeries (not plastic though) my tolerance on pain is pretty high and i can handle pretty much without problem.

I took a painkiller before a running race(I had groin injury) , well it didn't reduce my pain tbh. But also I think the tablet wasn't strong I guess

You're supposed to punch hard materials. I've been punching walls and trees to make my fist stronger (been boxing for years).
 
Genetics, some people just cant handle pain. I dont even enjoy eating food, I eat very slow and I can taste it but I dont get any Dragon Ball Z satisfaction from it. And Ive seen people who, every time they eat, they eat like they havent eaten in 2 weeks.
