...and place it around the base and/or shaft of your penis and squeeze tightly, but not enough to cause pain. Just enough to see an expansion of the glans/head of the penis, and a slight reddening of the penis. Now you never want your penis to become too red to the point where it starts to look blue because that's when significant damage starts to happen.

In the beginning, you're going to want to perform this exercise for 3-5 minutes 3 times a day. It is very important that you do not do more than this in the beginning or else you WILL hurt yourself. After you've been doing that for a while (1-2 months or less depending on how fast you're progressing), you can move up to 5-10 minutes 3 times a day. Once you're very well-conditioned, and you know what your body can handle, you can go for longer than that.

What you will need:

  • 1-3 Cable Cuff Clamps
  • An old clean sock/cloth
  • Phone/Computer timer
To perform this exercise you will first need to give yourself an erection that is above 75% erect. How you do this is up to you, but it will make it easier to perform the exercise. After you gain the erection, the next thing you need to do is wrap the base of your penis with an old sock or cloth. After you wrap your penis you will then apply the clamp over the wrap, and then tighten the clamp. Next, you need to get your penis to 100% erect and keep it there for the next 3-5 minutes. Set a timer so you don't forget when to take it off.

It should look something like this:


Now do this for 3-5 minutes 3 times a day. Then slowly work your way up to 5-10 minutes 3-5 times a day.

The third method of clamping is called cock ring clamping. This is the method I have been using for the past 10 months (I will go over my experience with it later in the thread). This method is actually one that is not very well known, I am actually the first one, that I know of, that has used this method. However, it is very similar to the method of cable clamping.

What you will need:

  • An appropriately sized cock ring
  • A timer
  • A way to stimulate yourself
In order to find the proper sized cock ring for this purpose, you're going to need to measure the diameter of your penis at the base. Most sites when recommending a cock ring will suggest you find one 10% smaller than your penis. This is good for maintaining an erection, but it's not what our goal is... Our goal is pressure and expansion, and for that, I suggest getting a ring that is 65-75% the diameter of the base of your penis. For example, if your base diameter is 43mm you will want to get a cock ring with an internal diameter of 32.25mm. If you want to know what size cock ring to get just use this formula where n = your penis diameter: (n*0.65 - 0.75 = your size).

To perform the exercise you will first need to get 50-75% erect. After you've done this, apply the cock ring to the base of your penis like this...


...after you do that stimulate yourself to 100% erect and keep yourself there for 3-5 minutes. Don't forget to set a timer! After you're more conditioned with this you can go for 5-10 minutes. Do this 3 times a day.

I started doing this in November of 2019. A couple of years back I had a pelvic floor injury that severely impacted my abilities to get an erection. So naturally, I started looking for a solution instead of LDARing. The solution I found that worked for me, for the time being, was a tension ring or "cock ring."

I started using it mainly for when I would masturbate or when I would have sex, but I noticed that it was making my flaccid penis bigger and my erection as well. I've always known about clamping because I've been browsing forums ever since I was 14 (I am 20 now), but I never knew you could do it with a cock ring. So anyway, I started using the ring more regularly. I used it even when I had no plans to have sex or masturbate. And because of that, over the past year, I've grown a good amount.

My starting girth wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. I started at 4.5 inches (114.3mm) just below the head, and 4.75 inches (120.65mm) mid-shaft, and 5.1 inches (129.54mm) at the base. Realistically 4.5 inch girth isn't "pathetic" considering average is like 4.3 or something, it's just not "big". Unless you are a coomer who regularly views massive thick schlongs all day. The average is the average for a reason, pathetic would be like 3.0 inches girth or something.

Also length does matter too. Girth yes but also girls do like a long Weiner, granted it's not a pencil..

I heard bathmate works as well for girth and length. Maybe not permanently but all you gotta do is pump a few times a week.
