Heyyy im 14 and I really want to get more zygos, i have a very low bf and I want good and they are prominent but they are not Big and wider, if anyone can help me on soft ways no hardmaxing or roids i Will apreciate so much

Im also 14, what I did really was just eat ALOT of red meat, move to Canada (better food quality and climate) and sleep. I still have a bf prob around 20% tho but idk how to measure it or check. My zygos grew alot in 8 months.

Oh also you could get a palate expander + braces if you need, or can.

In Spain the quality of all i think IS good, then i have to eat more?

Yes. I can measure how much I ate per day later. I could tell you that, it helped me alot on losing fat and getting more bonemass.

did your gramps have good zygos. If no, quit coping and get a surgery

My grandma part of my mother have the biggest zygos i have seen in Life and my mother too
