How to inject into the growth plate area without X ray machines? Anyone got a video on it or how to find where the growth plates are in the knees just by feeling or 'guessing' ?

Vitamin K2, along with vitamins A and D, plays a crucial role in supporting overall bone health and development, including the growth plates. These vitamins work synergistically to ensure proper bone mineralization and regulation of bone growth.
Here's how each vitamin contributes:
  1. Vitamin K2: This vitamin is essential for directing calcium into the bones and teeth, thereby supporting bone health and density. It also helps prevent calcium from accumulating in soft tissues, which can be detrimental to overall health.
  2. Vitamin A: Necessary for the proper functioning of osteoblasts (cells responsible for bone formation) and osteoclasts (cells responsible for bone resorption). It supports bone remodeling and growth.
  3. Vitamin D: Critical for the absorption of calcium and phosphorus from the intestine, which are vital for bone mineralization. It also helps regulate calcium levels in the blood, supporting overall bone health and growth.
When these vitamins work together, they contribute to maintaining healthy growth plates, including those in the maxilla (upper jaw). This is important for ensuring that growth proceeds at a healthy pace and that the growth plates do not close prematurely, allowing for proper skeletal development.
It's worth noting that while these vitamins are important, their effects on growth plates and bone development are part of a complex interplay involving genetics, hormonal factors, and overall nutrition. Balanced intake of these vitamins through diet or supplementation can support optimal bone health and growth in growing individuals.
